"Was told FS-1 got sent out , never did 👍🏼 get to spend another day off dealing with this and paying $100 fee although coverage was never lapsed"

"Mr Mitton, FS-1 documents are requested via an electronic process and if approved are forwarded to NCDMV. This new system was mandated by NCDMV because of fraud and uninsured drivers across NC. Your request was submitted however not approved by due to gaps in coverage. We appreciate your business."

"Absolutely scammed by this agency. In 2 months they billed me 3 times for different amounts, sent 3 different quotes and billed me more than all 3. Over billed for a home they refused to cover. Wouldn't return messages and won't refund my money. The agent Kayla will not return messages. She does not care about you."

"I've known Tim for years, he and his staff have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had the chance to work with Owen today for the first time. Owen may be young, but this guy is on point. He was able to answer all my questions quickly and with the reason behind each answer. He's also quite engaging and a very polite young man. If for Tim and Owen alone, I'd recommend this agency. But the other staff in this office are polite, welcoming, and helpful as well. Even though I can't recall their names, the young lady at the front desk welcomed me and asked me how she could help RIGHT AWAY (you don't always get that in Greenville), and the other agent on duty was very courteous and spoke to me as though I were her client. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Owen was fantastic. If Google allowed 6 stars I'd say they are a seven."

"I wish we had our insurance with someone else. We had a fire April 28, 2024. This office has never contacted us to let us know what our policy covers. We still haven't heard from them. The State Farm adjuster, is horrible. We haven't heard from him either. We are using ServPro from Rocky Mount and they are fantastic. State Farm adjuster is sitting on the documents that are sent in to be reviewed and approved. Multiple calls over months to Tim Sawyers office and requests to talk with Tim Sawyer haven't worked. The office is well aware of the issues we are having. My husband has called and so have I. We talk with McKenzie and nothing happens with our claim. The adjuster continues to not return our calls or to process the claim. I sent one hotel bill through and it took a month for it to be approved and then 10 days to get a check. This is not the way to do business."

"Ms. Wells, I apologize for the delays and gaps in communication from our claims partners. The in office claims person reached out on 4/31 and again on 5/6 with no response. We have also called claims numerous other times to accommodate your situation. I personally reached out to claims last week and had 2 payments issued. My office will use this a learning experience to have better procedures in the future to handle complex issues. Thank you."
